Strangely short light cycle
Just now we were driving along Highland and there was not time for 5 cars to drive straight through here in one cycle. Nobody turned or anything. I think it's only 10 seconds of green. Is that intentional? (this was around 9:45am weekday)

Traffic and Parking conducted a site review of these traffic signals. The traffic signals are functioning within their normal parameters. Thank You
