Deskripsyon

The cover on the PG & E utility in the sidewalk is sunken down about 1 1/2 inches, causing a tripping hazard. In the image, note the screw that is standing up showing the depth of the horizontal offset. And yes, I just twisted my ankle on this.

At 1519 pm YBCBD Dispatcher Darryl Shaun Avery called 311 of the issue at the corner of Howard and New Montgomery St pertaining to the PG&E Utility cover that has sunken 1.5 inches with a screw sticking up causing a tripping hazard.
