There is a parking enforcement wheel boot (with a wheel still attached) on the side of the street, three doors down from my house on Filbert Street. I imagine they aren't cheap. Probably should retrieve that.

I found this in my neighbors dumpster and have called the phone # on it. They are suppose to have picked it up.
