Description

This relates to my previous inquiry. Unfortunately, the storm water exits the drain on El Cerrito and flows across the road surface. This can freeze in the winter (rare, but it happens) which causes a hazard to cars and pedestrians. Is there any way to direct the water into the storm drain system under the road surface? Thanks
