some of the bricks are sticking up and create a tripping hazard, plus the sidewalk around the tree is not very level. can the city create a nice smooth asphalt patch through this area a as was done at the next tree over. thanks!

This may be particularly important because, at least IMO, the problems of uneven surfaces and navigating through tight spaces around trees are much worse on the other side of the street.
