Description

Some jerk has decided that the alley in back of the Sea Street garage is the perfect place to paint everything. Someone has already reported graffiti on the side of the chase bank building, but now there's a new graffiti there over the new paint. There are two new spots of graffiti, and I think you already know about the side of the parklet wall outside the Garzoli gallery at 9:30 B street.
While removal of graffiti may be the responsibility of the building owner, perhaps a little prevention on your part might be in order. These are not the only crimes that go on in the C St. garage. I have seen smash and grabs, drug dealing, the random unconscious junkie, and one fellow told me that he had had three catalytic converters stolen at night out of the C St. garage. How about some security cameras?
Maybe when your patrol cars are sitting still filling out reports, they can sit still within the C St., garage or in the alley and back of it to monitor activity.
