Last month city public Works tarred PART of the sidewalk in front of 132 Woodland Ave. following a request I made. The sidewalk is heavily used by children to and from school and mothers with strollers. It's also the siedwalk that vehicles pass over to park off-road. This photo shows one area not finished. There is a whole section that was not tarred. (more photos are available on request). They did not finish the east end of the sidewalk either. The barrier between the road and sidewalk was damaged and protrudes into the roadway. Is there a plan to finish these repairs?

The photo shows the sidewalk and part of the road in front of 132 Woodland Ave. It is unsafe to walk especially for moms with srollers and children to and from the nearby elementary school. The cars that park on the deck at 132 Woodland, Ave. run the risk of ruining their tires and making even bigger potholes. This section of sidewalk and road were repaired in the past but obviously not in a lasting way.

132 Woodland Ave San Rafael, California, 94901 - San Rafael
The area between the road and deck at 132 Woodland Ave. is treacherous for young children and baby strollers. A lot of people walk by from the elementary school nearby and to go to the stores at the corner of Irwin and Woodland. This area was inadequately repaired in the past thus, you see how badly it needs repair now.
