Vmail rec'd from resident: "Good morning. I've spoken with Aaron and Anna and we have an issue with the roots from the tree that was taken down. My address is 9 Bay Court, San Rafael, 94901. Aaron came out at the beginning of last week and I am just curious when someone's going to take these routes down because we have to have the fence repaired from the issue of the tree falling anyway. Vmail rec'd 5/17: "Good morning. I live on at 38 Lucas Park Drive in San Rafael and this is regarding trimming a hedge on Lucas Park Dr. that has been done before. In the past I've seen there have been workers that have trimmed the trees on the median in on Las Gallinas and they have come up to Lucas Park Drive between Skyview and Montevideo to trim hope only Enders that are kind of in a that they actually are. It's limbo that the this they where they are located. They actually are in front of a fence that belongs to the property of owners from last scalenus, but they would have no way of knowing how overgrown they are. These hedges have been trimmed for probably the last 30 years, starting back when the department had a worker that they were. Word 2 is the Hawaiian. In any event, I know this is a lengthy message, but I would like someone to call me and see if these hedges could be trimmed. They actually overrun the sidewalk. Vmail rec'd from resident 5/18: "Hi, I'm calling about a maintenance issue. I live in Terra Linda near Santa Margarita Park and I could hear this morning that one of the there's a restroom there. One of the toilets is running and I tried to shut it off and was not able to just waste a lot of water. So hope you get this. Thank you very much."

Resident is calling to ask about a traffic signal at Bellam and Francisco. A few years back the resident was turning left on Francisco from Bellam and got into an accident and she's now being sued and wondering if there is any record of where the signal was located at the time of the accident because her recollection is it was lower than where it is now.

Bottle Brush bushes along the fence from the start of Montevideo all the way to 63 Lucas Park Drive are over grown. The entire west sidewalk is not accessible. City has maintained these bushes in the past but nothing for 8 plus yrs. They have grown 4 feet on the sidewalk and also 4feet too high and staring to touch the utility lines above

This intersection needs a "No right turn" illuminated sign for southbound drivers on Bellam that lights up when pedestrians request to cross Anderson (on the west side of the intersection). The drivers in the right turn lanes, particularly the second turn lane from the right, do not see and stop for pedestrians. Maybe a light, like the one at Anderson and Francisco Blvd West would help them pay attention.
