Description
There's a bus stop at McGrath and Alston, in front of a grassy lot. I don't know who owns the lot but the sidewalk there along McGrath is never shoveled. There is also no break through the plow berm from the bus shelter to the street. It's a dangerous place to wait for a bus. I'm not sure what combination of private landowner, city and MBTA responsibility this is, but it's a recurring problem.

This issue has been addressed. Please be advised that even though we may issue tickets, that by no means assures the resident will now shovel their sidewalk. Our Health department does keep track of all these issues and will be addressing them accordingly. Thank You
