Description

crosswalk always completely flooded with water when raining. also constantly due to drainage from Harvard

This is still an issue, especially important as we move into winter. Also, the watermakes it impossible to see a deep pothole in the crosswalk. Makes it dangerous to turn right on a bike and to walk across
