Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.

There are two sections of asphalt in front of the park, between the sidewalk and the curb, that could work.
